  Hi, I’m Kelsey Wendling — owner of Cattle & Clover Floral.

For years, I worked various roles in the state government sector, most recently supporting rural communities and agriculture across Kansas. I loved what I did, but deep down I was craving something more, something that allowed me to create with my hands, to bring joy to others, and to reconnect with the agricultural roots that have always been such an influential factor in my life.

My husband, Phillip, farms and ranches right here in Lyndon. Together, we’ve built our lives around hard work, faith, family, and a love for the land. When the opportunity came to purchase our small-town flower shop, it felt like life nudging us toward a new adventure, one that blended creativity, community, and the heart of agriculture all in one place.

That vision inspired the creation of Cattle & Clover Floral, a place where beauty and agriculture meet. The Cattle represents our life on the farm, the beef we proudly raise and now offer in our store. The Clover symbolizes good fortune, growth, and the simple joys that come from nurturing something with love.

I’m so excited to dive into the world of floral design, to keep learning and creating, and to share this new (and slightly crazy!) chapter of our lives with our community. Whether you stop by for fresh flowers, a unique gift, or a package of Kansas-raised beef, I hope you feel the heart behind everything we do here at Cattle & Clover Floral.
